By accessing and using the TradeDigiX website (tradedigix.com) and purchasing or using our NinjaTrader trading bot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. All sales are final, and no refunds are provided on initial payments. If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel anytime by contacting our support team. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with the purchase.

1. No Liability for Technical Issues

TradeDigiX is not responsible for technical failures, software bugs, connectivity issues, hardware malfunctions, or trading platform errors that may affect the performance of the trading bot. The software is provided “as is”, without any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or performance. Customers acknowledge that system failures are an inherent risk of algorithmic trading.

2. Trading Risks & Disclaimers

Trading futures, stocks, and other financial instruments involves significant risk and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. TradeDigiX does not offer investment advice, financial recommendations, or any guarantees regarding profitability. Customers should assess their own financial situation and consult with a licensed financial advisor before engaging in trading.

3. Software Licensing & Usage

– Each license is non-transferable and is linked to a specific Machine ID provided by the customer.
– Customers must not share, resell, or distribute the software without prior authorization.
– Violation of this policy may result in permanent license revocation without a refund.
– The software is intended only for personal and professional trading use and may not be reverse-engineered, copied, or modified.

4. Support & Setup Assistance

Our customer support team will assist with:
– Installing the software
– Setting up NinjaTrader & broker connections
– Configuring trading strategies
– Providing troubleshooting support
We are committed to ensuring a smooth onboarding process, but we do not guarantee profits, risk-free trading, or uninterrupted service.

5. Payment & Subscription Terms

All sales are final , and no refunds will be issued.
If you choose a monthly subscription plan , you will be charged automatically each billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but access to the software will be revoked at the end of the billing period.
If payment fails, your access to the software will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. Prohibited Actions

Customers agree not to:
– Use TradeDigiX software for unauthorized or illegal activities
– Attempt to hack, modify, or manipulate the software
– Share or sell customer data, including email, phone numbers, or personal details
– Post false or misleading reviews about our company or software
Violation of these terms may result in legal action and permanent termination of service .

7. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

Customers agree to hold TradeDigiX, its employees, and partners harmless from any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from:

– Use of the software in live markets
– Trading losses or incorrect trade executions
– System failures or trading platform errors
– Unintended software behavior or bugs

TradeDigiX shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to software use, even if advised of the possibility of such losses.

8. Compliance & Regulations

Customers must ensure compliance with applicable financial laws and trading regulations in their country. TradeDigiX does not guarantee that its software is legally permitted in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for verifying legal requirements before purchasing or using the software.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions:

TradeDigiX reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
